LOVELYBONES Locations functions as location representatives for owners of unique and exceptional properties in the context of onsite photo, video and film productions. To this end, we liaise between property owners and clients--typically photographers, art directors, production companies and other creative agencies. As part of our services on behalf of the owners, we assess any given property for its potential to be a revenue-producing asset; we market the property to a global audience of clients; we negotiate the contractual terms and conditions of the rental, including fees, provisions for client-provided insurance coverage, and other owner stipulations; and we provide oversight of and interact with the client and their representatives from inception of the project through post production, assuring the property is well-respected and conscientiously maintained. In other words, we provide a seamless worry-free collaboration. We also offer scouting services and prop rentals.
